Table Pastors’ Collective

A new initiative of TABLE over the next few years is the TABLE Pastors’ Collective; gathering the senior pastors, clergy and present and future planters of TABLE churches to build a family of leaders for the renewal of the church.

This two-year programme will include three training retreats each year, offering a deep dive into the five core TABLE convictions and covering key areas of leadership development, spiritual formation and cultural engagement.

The ingredients of each retreat will be:

• Relationships: Time to connect over dinners, drinks and down time

• Encounter: Space for worship, prayer and the prophetic

• Spiritual Direction and Coaching: 1-1 sessions available

• Inspiring Content: From home team sages and guest speakers

• Leadership Craft: Developing our skills to lead well

• Experiencing Culture: Immersion in an environment where the TABLE values are lived out

Delivery of content will be shared by leaders of TABLE churches where there is particular strength, along with external speakers from across the world who bring a specialism in a certain area.

Every senior leader within the TABLE family should attend, along with one or two key members of the church’s senior team (for example any Associate Vicars) and any church planters preparing to plant in the coming one to three years.

The events will each cost around £250 per person, plus travel.
